Recording Settings

Encode MP3 during recording so it's ready immediately after stopping. Uses an AudioWorklet and background worker. Disable if you experience audio issues.

Record lossless 16-bit PCM stereo WAV directly to disk during recording using the File System Access API. You'll be prompted to choose a save location before recording starts. No download needed — the file is saved live. Requires Chrome or Edge.
